What admins can see about people

The overview counts the workspace as a whole. Per-person watch progress lives on each meeting, and you decide whether it is shown at all.

Updated September 28, 2026

The Overview tab

Overview shows totals for the whole workspace over the last 30, 90, 180 or 365 days: meetings created, videos recorded, how long people take to record, the share of videos that get watched, and how much storage the workspace uses. It never breaks those numbers down by person.

One list names people. Waiting on shows up to ten people who still owe videos for meetings that are collecting them, with how many they owe and when they were asked.

The Rollout checklist shows what IT usually sets up before the whole company joins: a verified domain, single sign-on, your own bucket, the retention window and your branding. Each item is ticked from what is actually saved and links to its settings. The retention item is ticked wherever your plan lets you choose the window, and it shows the window in force, the default included. An item your plan doesn't include names the plan that does. During a company Team trial, the Business items offer Business for the rest of the trial instead, with the same end date.

During a trial, Trial summary to forward opens one page for your manager, IT or purchasing: the plan you're trying and when the trial ends, how many people, recordings and meetings the workspace has, what the plan costs at today's speakers, what is set up, and who accepted the DPA and when. Print it or save it as a PDF. It has no link of its own, and only owners and admins can open it.

Recent admin activity lists the last changes made in the admin area, such as someone being added or a setting changed, with who made each one.

The People tab

For each person: name or email address, job title, role, whether they are a viewer or a speaker, an open speaker request, and when they were invited, first signed in or were removed. Capme doesn't record when someone was last active.

The audit log

Every change in the workspace is written to an audit log: who did it, to what, when, and for changes a person made, their IP address and browser. Entries are deleted after 365 days. On Business and Enterprise, an admin can download the log as a CSV file under Data; on other plans we send it on request. Sign-ins are logged per person and are not part of a workspace's log.

Who watched a meeting

On a meeting's own page, its organiser sees how far each person on the audience list got: watched, partly watched, opened, or not opened. Admins count as organisers of every meeting in the workspace, so they see this too. Speakers and viewers only ever see their own progress.

An admin can change this under Settings, in Watch progress. Per person is the default. Totals only shows organisers how many people have finished or started, without names. Either way, everyone sees their own progress, and people who haven't finished still get the reminder.
