Pilot is a time-limited (max. 3 months) test for up to 10 people, designed to prove ROI with a focus group before committing to an org-wide rollout. Flat is the permanent, org-wide standard for up to 1,000 employees and adds Domain Whitelist, Public Access Token, and multiple Admins.

Universal Branding Control allows administrators to enforce brand consistency across all recordings. You can lock logo placement, force specific backgrounds, and standardize recording settings to ensure every async update looks professional and on-brand.

The Pilot plan runs for a maximum of 3 months from activation. After that, you can either upgrade to Flat for your full org rollout or cancel. This hard cap keeps the pilot phase focused. Real meeting cost reduction only happens when everyone in the organization, from the CEO to the summer intern, has access to the tools. That's why we push for an org-wide rollout at a fair price.
